List of Drew Moncrief's Reviews
Not only did he mis-diagnosis my dad, he also didn’t recognize that his GFR (lab test that indicates kidney function) was indicative of stage 3 kidney disease for MONTHS. He never scheduled routine scans or test that are required for people over the age of 50, prescribed my dad medication that was supposed to be for a different patient, and never did medication reconciliation after my dad was in the hospital.
He is cordial but lacks the ability to address more than one problem at a time. He forgets to write prescriptions he says he will write, and these are non-narcotic meds. He is not a hands-on-kind- doctor. He does not give credence to your ability to know the chronic conditions you suffer from and what you know works best for them. If he does not like older patients perhaps, he should not treat ...
He's the best. Young doctor that knows all the new treatments. He's funny and seems to really cares about his patients.
What a joke of a medical practice. I wish I had read the reviews first. If you need a doctor don't go here they make you wait over 2 weeks and no reply. You call and they tell you they will call you back what a joke.
I had this feeling I was not getting the proper care so I made a decision to change doctors which I had been at this doctor's office since 2004 but they changed doctors I use to have Dr. Regina and totally liked her but after she left I finally made the decision to change and it was the best decision I made. I now have a doctor that wants to know why what's going how can we fix this, so make sure if you have medical problems make sure you are getting the best out of your doctor
Dr. Moncrief always works with you on concerns.
Great Doctor takes care of you like family..will listen too you and talk to you about how you are feeling..
He needs to know his patients by name not by numbers for his bank account.everytime my dad went in he would ask him what he was there for an Dr made the appointment.took dad in once because he couldn't breathe took x-rays said lung clear that night took dad to emergency room they drained 2 liters of fluid off lung.dad only had one lung left Dr kelp forgetting which one was operated on.get to know your patient not the computer numbers.people not dollar signs.
Drew is super
Dr. Moncrief provides comfortable and courteous medical service but is trapped in a very nonuser friendly support system. Office clerical staff is not, they are rude and confrontational, make up answers, render medical opinions, have a robot phone system that seems to be in charge...system reminds you repeatedly to make appointments that you already have while at the same time reminds you to attend the appointment you are being reminded to make, will not work with local drug stores on refills, nurse never answers phone just the robot putting you in line for contact tomorrow even when returning a phone call that you don't know the importance of. Does not know why their office called you. Makes no allowances for senior citizens with hearing loss. Clerical staff has very high opinion of themselves and wish to deny you medical services rather than fix problems.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
