Total hip replacement, up and on my feet the next day. Dr. Radford is awesome!

The staff was awesome and Christina is the best. Great attitude and all very caring until I had app with Radford. He treated me like I was after meds and interrupt me everytime I tried to speak and just basically told me yes my knee was causing me pain but there's nothing wrong with it to try yoga. I do yoga and stretching but he didn't want to hear anything just told me countless times about he can't give me meds that I never even asked for. Being treated like that is wrong. All I wanted was to find out why my knee is this way still after 7 months and he met me once and assumed I'm after meds. I hope others are treated better than I was. Finding a doctor that cares to listen I what I'm doing now.

Dr. Radford is amazing! My husband had a hip replacement done by Dr Radford. The Dr spent time before surgery was scheduled to address all available options. He patiently answered all our questions, described the process in detail and made us feel very comfortable about the surgery. On the day of the surgery, he came in and talked with us beforehand and then several times during the recovery process before we were discharged to go home. We were at the surgery center about 8 hours. Dr. Raiford’s office called several times to check on my husband and set up follow up and therapy appointments. Dr Radford would often drop in during therapy to check on the healing progress. During the follow up appointments he again patiently answered questions and discussed concerns. Now, 12 weeks after surgery, my husband has been released and will go back for a checkup in a year. I would highly recommend Dr. Radford! He is very knowledgeable, honest, compassionate and caring

Had total knee replacement 2 weeks ago. Could not be happier. He was informative and caring during the entire process. Would recommend him to anyone...

Dr. Radford did robotic knee replacement on both of my knees. I did very well, he's very thorough, explains things in detail, ,and has the best bedside manners. I healed quickly and the therapy he had me go through was excellent and my knees are strong, straight and I'm as pleased as I can be. I suffered for many years and I look forward to more years without pain and discomfort.

Dr Radford is a godsend! I am totally against going under the knife unless absolutely necessary. I had a freak accident and broke my wrist, both bones, which were impacted. He explained my options in terms I could understand and was not pushy at all. He gave me time to think about it and I chose to do it and am so thankful I did. I took two pain pills the day after surgery and none since and am recovering well. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend him 100%

On July 18, six weeks ago, I had robotic assist hip replacement performed by Dr. Lee Radford. He was highly recommended to me and I am so happy that I am now back to doing all the things I used to do. He went under the muscle instead of cutting through it and the pain was very minimal. At two and one half weeks I was driving my car and at 5 weeks I was walking a mile and climbing 15 steps up and down. Their office is very efficient and he answered all my questions before and after surgery. I would recommend Dr. Radford to anyone who is considering hip, knee, or shoulder surgery. Also I want to say that the Physical Therapy was excellent at Tennessee Valley Bone and Joint. They were willing to work with me on any problems that came up and were friendly and efficient.

I would not recommend this office for anyone. They are very disorganized and unprofessional. I arrived for and appointment only to find out they were not there. This was not the first time it has happened. I called the office only to find out they had scheduled my appointment on a day they were not even going to be in. Back to looking for a doctor.
