I did not see Dr Phelps in Tullahoma. I saw him in Decherd, TN. I never met anyone so rude in my life. Not only did he make me feel bad he screamed in my face. I was so shocked by his behavior that I just sat there and took it. He made ma feel so bad about myself that all I could was go home and cry. I would not recommend him to anyone. I’m not sure why he was so awful to me. I am not a bad person but he made me feel like one.

Dr. Phelps has been our family physician in Tullahoma for over a decade. He takes time during our appointments to ask about our family and even after appointments will add personal notes to his follow ups. One time he even included a recommendation on where we should go on vacation, something we had talked about during a visit. I feel like in Dr. Phelps is a doctor who genuinely cares about me and my family.

This doctor and his staff do not take the time to get to know their patients. The office staff do not check their voicemails regularly and he does not comminicate well. Do your research before going to him.

Very compassionate and caring! I only wish I had come to him for help sooner. I had seen him 10 years ago and was greatly helped. He actually remembered me and details of my health issues. He took the time to help me understand my medications and teach me what is safe and what isn't. I am confident that I will see good results.

Not a chance of recommending him to anyone. Incompetent. Buffoon. Does not listen at all. Condescending. Even lied to my face. Office staff loses files and paperwork. Don't waste your time or money!
