Overall had an excellent appointment this morning for one of my family member. Prior to the appointment the office called and we chatted with our insurance company to see what they would cover. The call center is not local therefore many times I would miss their calls and play phone tag. The call center people did not have a done of knowledge so talked mainly with the office themselves. I received the paperwork early on to fill out which I wish was online. Then had very little paperwork at the office to do. I received numerous phone calls and texts about the appointment. The office was easy to find and they are working on the building. We meet with dr John who chatted for some time about medical and pharmacy items. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Overall we left feeling very well. Unfortunately the lab tech was not able to draw blood today therefore we will go to lab corp to get it done. I would highly recommend dr John and this office.
