Dr. Spetalnick is very rude and hateful especially if you are young and if you have to come in on more than one occasion for early contractions. I would not recommend him at all!!

Horrible doctor! He tied my tubes without me signing any paperwork! He ask me while on the delivery table if I wanted my tubes tied! Who does that while a patient is under anesthesia?!

This doctor tied my tubes without my consent! He waited until I was under anesthesia and “asked” me if I wanted them tied! I have no clue what I told him but I’m assuming it did not matter! There is not paperwork that I signed agreeing to have a tubal ligation! I’ve prayed about this almost everyday and drive my gynecologist crazy with questions about it for the past 7 years. I now want another child and this doctor took that from me!

Dr. Spetalnick is an excellent physician who has years of experience and a great bedside manner. He is prompt with his appointments and yet seems to give you his complete attention while in the room allowing plenty of time for questions and answers. His communication is great between his nurses and the patient. My Health at Vanderbilt internet tool is a fabulous way to continue to communicate with him for questions and general information that is non emergent. He gets back to you promptly or he has his nurses relay his message. With complications, Dr. Spetalnick is caring, has great expertise in providing the most effective treatment necessary. I highly recommend him for OBGYN needs.
