After telling me the services would be provided at school for my child, I called for a refill on his meds he has been on for over a year now and they apparently closed his whole case and is no longer taking patients.... so he hasn't been getting the services they promised and can't even continue to or receive his medication because they are saying he is now a new patient! How is this even possible! I'm so mad! You can not jerk children around, especially with medication.

I have been forced to come off of my medication due to no fault of my own due to the lack of care provided by this facility. So now I am having awful withdrawal effects and no one in the building seemed to care. Jeanie was an amazing doctor but she is no longer working for them and I found out as I was trying to make an appointment with her for a refill. I have filed a complaint against this facility.

The counsellors are great, if you can get past the hurdles of the front office. I was a patient and was being seen every 3 months as part of my continuing therapy; however, when COVID hit, they stopped taking appointments, so I went from being an active patient to being disenrolled. Oh, by the way, there was never any type of notification that this would/could occur. It is now 2 March 2021 and I have called them 7 times for intake appointments and was told today that they are backed up and cannot/will not make any new appointments - nor will they refill my prescription for the foreseeable future. In my experience, they and the VA are neck in neck for being the worst medical administration that I have had the displeasure of dealing with.

Not worth the trouble going here. The therapist is great. I don’t think they care about medication . They cancelled an appt and didn’t even tell me until I showed up. They don’t take the time with you like they should. Definitely would not recommend.

The intake was quick for me because I needed to be seen quickly. Thats why the two stars. The counselor was also nice, just wasnt fit for me.....Onto medication NOOOO, you cant tell me im not feeling side effects I do feel. Dont tell me it works for me if you cant feel what i feel.I have best luck at mental health coop check it out!

Love the new building, very friendly staff, very professional. Everybody understanding. Able to make easy, quick appointments. Feel safe, feel like staff is easy to talk to. Even receptionists.
