I am dissatisfied with my patient’s care 1) she laid in urine and feces until 3 pm after telling someone before lunch she was wet. 2) she went without anything for pain from Thursday - Saturday. The head nurse said the order had not come in. She was in visible agony. I asked if they could give her Tylenol. She acted like “wow, I never thought of that”. 3) She passed away (expectedly). I am trying to call to make arrangements to get her stuff, and no one answers the phone on weekends. People work and live long distances from family. No one could call and get an update on their patient, nor find out if coming to get the patient’s effects on the weekend.

I am a worker in the kitchen and there has been awesome people that are working there and have done amazing my mother has been in as a patient and they done amazing with her when she had been there my mom had no problem at all keep up the good work guys !!!

I have worked at the facility for 18 years now. I have seen where the staff here is very kind and caring over the years. I have seen where administration is at its best. The current Administrator Jada has brought this facility to provide a level of care where she knows the staff is giving the residents the best care possible. Being a smaller facility it continues to be a homelike facility where We are Family. Janine Russell

DHR has been good to my family in the past year 1/2. The vibe there is busy and and efficient. Admin is easy to talk to as well.

I am currently an employee here and I absolutely love working here. The residents and the staff are truly amazing. I 10/10 would recommend this place! Everyone is so caring and so kind hearted. Walking into work everyday feels like family. We care so much and enjoy what we do.

My name's Arynne Grove and I'm a CNA at this nursing home. The patients and staff are very welcoming and hard working. I have worked at plenty of nursing homes and this one is the best one yet. We treat our patients like family here.

I am an employee of this facility and have been for a minute, and the people here are great. I love my residents and all of the other employees as well, we have a lot of team work and we have staff that go above and beyond to help. Every place as it’s up and down marks but it is one of the best places I’ve been in a while. Our therapy team is awesome and really help with our residents and we build relationships with them. So come for a visit and ask questions we will be glad to help
