My NPR was very knowledgeable and efficient. I would see her again in a heart beat. She knew exactly how to treat my illness. I was feeling better within hours after taking my first med.

Made an online appointment for 205 pm. After being shown as "first" in line for almost 20 minutes after my appointment time, I finally got taken to an exam room about 230. After the initial vitals check, it was almost another hour before a physician came into the exam room. Things moved fairly quickly from that point. I finally got out of there around 4pm. I felt like I received good medical care, but the wait time in waiting room and exam room is unacceptable to me. I'll definitely seek another alternative next time I need "urgent care ".

Was able to set up a spot in line online easily. Wait time wasn't bad. Staff was nice.

They were great with my daughter. The nurse started off talking about Doc McStuffins and she used that as an example to explain what she was going to do to check her out. It kept my daughter calm and everything went great.
