Working for this company was a horrible experience ! directions are never accurate! you can’t ever get help or important info, till the last minute! you are required to make trips for clients but receive no reimbursement !!!

Well I am still without a caregiver why the one that took from me is still enjoying her job. This company sucks never had a decent caregiver. One caregiver had to bring her little brother along and she stayed on the phone the whole time. They were either one and a half hour late or they would leave 2 hours earlier. I was suppose to have 4 full hours. They do not have one person in there office that knows what to do. The owners son I talked to him but no help because they don't know what they are doing. Who needed this kind of service anyway. Sad 😔 Deborah Sartain As owner stated I never went with another company. I was refused service by this office. There is no other care service for my area. I am being punished for something that was not my fault.

Worst place you could ever be involved with to look after your loved ones . The staff are unreliable at best but also had one staff member stealing my mother's pain medication. We know this for a fact we suspected something when every week the medication was short as my wife and i keep upwith what my mother takes . We did set a trap so to speak for this employee we counted the medication before she arrived and rerouted after she left and 7 missing we asked her about it of course completely denied it instead of the company doing something about it they continue to let her be a employee . Every person that has this company looking out for your loved one should beware

I don’t recommend this healthcare provider from Dickson Tennessee. I am in Jackson Tennessee and me and my mother has gone a complete day without service or a phone call from them. And this Monday 7/17/23 no morning shift help for the two of us. On a scaled of 1-10 a 4-no keeping in touch with there clients a -1 they have no backup plans in place.
