I do NOT recommend getting braces here. My son's same brackets and wire kept popping off literally the day of or after getting them fixed and couldn't get an answer as to why until I started taking them to another Orthodontist. It was his bite..easy fix. There was no communication from Dr Ewing. He would just look in his mouth and mumble something to the assistant, but never communicate with you.

Poor beside manner, unresponsive, failed filling, and referred out because Dr. wanted her under anesthesia for a filling. Would not recommend. Facilities are clean and accommodating.

To make this short, this dentist office lied to us and said they took our insurance but does not. We called and asked and I made sure at our first appointment. Now they will do nothing to help us. The office manager was HORRIBLE and blamed it on new staff but said we were still liable. Just a massive headache and dent in our pockets dealing with this dentist office. 0/10 do not recommend.

I wouldn’t even give it a star the staff is friendly but need to do there jobs better my son got teeth work done thru them and they done it in Nashville and his crown chipped the white coat off and his silver Capps are too big and coming off

So we've been taking my daughter to this dentist for about 2 years now! They started really great and professional! But then when it came time for my daughter getting her braces off it it has been a mess!!! One month is there was a small gap so they wanted to close the gap and they would come off the following month following month comes around and then it was oh well there is a gap (that apparently magically appeared) and they added another month! Then she went today and they are short staffed! The main dentist is ALWAYS LATE! I wouldn't recommend this dentist! I will not be taking any of my other kids there!

Have been using this Dental facility for a year or two now to have younger family’s teeth cleaned and it seemed to be a average place. At first it was Adequate and went ok, but that has soon changed after one of the kids got braces! They constantly will change appointments and change for us not going. Furthermore they only allow you to come in on a single date of the month and won’t have the orthodontist for the remainder of the month. The women that answers the phone and I have talked to is rude and I don’t recommend coming here. I have had braces and understand how complex they are. This facility is a joke if it’s profession and should be barred from practice.

I took my daughter there today that's definitely our new dentist! Everyone from the time I walked in until I left was SUPER friendly and nice. Dr. Barns, the ladies behind the desk, the dental assistant Molly and the rest of the staff are awesome and I'll definitely recommend going!
