I’d give it zero stars if I could. They were not respectful of my time. I waited in the lobby for an hour then they tell me I can’t take my test. It messed up my evening as I didn’t plan on wasting my time today.

The blonde lady at the counter was terribly rude for no reason and acted like she couldnt be bothered to help us. This is the second time Ive dealt with her and she always has an AWFUL attitude. What happened to customer service?
