Erlanger Primary Care - Sequatchie Valley's Online Review Report Card

We have not been living in Sequatchie County very long and unfortunately my wife and myself both have had ER visits already. All I can say is we came from Chattanooga and I never wanted to step foot into an Erlanger there. So I was skeptical about how it would be over here in sequatchie county. Wow Im very impressed with the professionalism and the quickness of the care my wife and I both received. They all made us feel comfortable and took very good care of us both. I would like to thank all of the staff for the extremely good care they gave us both

The Doctor and nurse That took care of me was very professional they were extremely helpfulnice attentive and concerned the nurse came in stayed with me explained everything to me that I had asked about The Doctor was very concerned very nice very professional and also explained to me what was going on with me medically and what her next step was gonna be as My test results came backI would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that needs medical care or emergency care I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH TO Doctor and Nurse that worked during the time I was there on October 67 2020 hours between 900pm300am 👍You both were very professional and respectful and concerned about my health care needs I appreciate you both for caring for me during my stay at Erlanger Sequatchie Valley Emergency DepartmentCarolyn RitchieMathis

I was actually VERY unsatisfied with the care I received there. I honestly dont know why I didnt just go to memorial like I would have preferred. For the first hour or so that I was there my nurse was very attentive and made sure my vitals were checked often and was explaining everything as she went along. Then there was a shift change and it all went downhill from there. My new nurse didnt check on me once and then I guess they had a case more important than me come in that took the WHOLE ENTIRE STAFF to deal with so they shooed me out the door as quick as possible just so they wouldnt have to deal with me. I understand there are true emergencies but at least have one person that can hang back and check on the other patients I never got ANY information from a doctor except a little packet with my diagnosis on it. No one even tried to come in and explain anything to me as far as how long I would probably experience pain or what to take for the pain. I recommend going ANYWHERE else if you’re looking for quality care.

I personally want to thank Dr. Bower and nurse Christy for not discriminating me because I have tattoos treating me with kindness making educated decisions. It means a lot to me especially when I was in severe pain and scared as to what was wrong. Thank you again

Unfortunately Ive been here twice this week with different family members. Staff and doctors are professional and very caring. Great to have this facility in Dunlap.

Depnds on which Dr is there what kind of experience you will have

We have a 2 month old baby that needed to be seen they were so slow that we ended up leaving and going to a better hospital. Good thing no one was dying.
