Good doctor but have been calling for two weeks to schedule a appointment with no return call . Receptionist was very rude last time I went . Yes , I was an hour late but was told next available appointment would be December and I can't wait . I'm on blood thinners , heart medications and it should not be this difficult to see my Primary care physician..

Honestly I wouldn't even give them a star , they never answered the phone, never knew what was wrong with me and gave me medication that might be putting me in heart failure . I wouldn't recommend them at all.

I would give five stars however due to low staff is why I choose not to. You should always be able to get a hold of your doctor not continuing leaving messages for them to call you, I was told they have one person to check people in,out and return messages there office needs to hire an extra to take incoming calls. Again great doctor that is true but office staff needs to be addressed so patients can get the attention they need when they call in

Dr, Cranwell is not only a fantastic doctor, but a wonderful person. Dr. Cranwell's father was my whole family's doctor before him- going back to my grandmother who was his patient as well. She would be almost 150 years old by now. Can't say enough good things about this wonderful doctor and family. Ruth Ann Swanger

Dr. Cranwell is a doctor that cares about his patients and their concerns with their health. I was a teenager the last time I was cared for like he does.

I've been using Dr. Cranwell for years as my primary care physician. He's very thorough, both in his questions and evaluation. He has a great bedside manner and excellent communication skills. I highly recommend him.

Wonderful Dr. Very caring and very thorough. He actually listens to you when you explain how you feel and what's going on with you. Dr's like Dr Cranwell are hard to come by. So glad he's back in Dunlap. We needed a Dr like him here.
