Clinic have "lost" orders paperwork 3 different times and I've waited almost 9 months for a birth control implant. No one calls you back when you call and ask questions. I'm going to health department is better.

I'm a patient although over due for a visit. I loved Dr Finan and his nurse. They made a great team, were very informative and friendly. I recommended a very young family member for her first visit. Loved the FNP. A year later she returns to discuss implant. Signs paperwork. She was told "we will call for appointment for implantation". Weeks go by and she calls, shes told "we haven't heard from CVS but we will call you as soon as we do". Weeks go by again, she calls and they say "we dont have any record of you receiving the implant". Let us look for your paperwork and we will call you back. It's been two weeks!!! Its ridiculous!! This isn't one small oversight like waiting on hold to long. Its lying and blatant unprofessional behavior. It's a shame that she and I both have to start the process of a new GYN over after I spoke so highly of Dr Finans office. Medicine used to be professional and dependable. Very disappointed.

If I can give 10 for Dr. Finan. I would, he is the best Doctor I ever had. He listened and feel comfortable talking with him. He delivered my first son in 2020. It was easy and no complication at all. I wish we were still in Dyersburg so he can deliver my daughter in October but we moved in Fort Smith, AR. I can't find a good Doctor here like Dr. Finan.

I am post menopausal. Put on Estradiol w no Progesterone. Found out later that is not customary. A nurse was not present during exam and our in office conversation made me uncomfortable.

First visit was a consultation for getting my tubes tied. Horrible bedside manner, scoffed at me wanting the procedure and fat shamed me for close to an hour. When he made me cry he told me I was depressed. Close minded and unprofessional. If he thought it was my weight then there’s much better ways of saying it. My symptoms have lasted for years, going to different doctors w no diagnosis except fibromyalgia. ...
