Dr. Casey is the best! She's extremely intelligent & has an excellent bedside manner. You can tell she cares a great deal for her patients.

They wait 45 min to tell my wife she has to wear a mask for my son to have his checkup instead of telling her up front when the mask mandate is over anyways would have understood if it was up front but make her sit and wait 45 min then come out and tell her she had to and never offered one to her or anything? Glad I’m not living the life I used to live I’d be in trouble 🤷‍♂️

The doctors are fine but you will wait very long waiting times. Changing to another clinic were I will be happier and my time will be appreciated as a client. I understand waiting times are often necessary and unavoidable but I didn't think it should be at every experience.

She is a great dr. Would recommend her to anyone. She knows what she is doing and if she doesn’t know an answer she not afraid to look it up while in the room with you.

Dr. Casey is an absolute life-saver! I had been taking my Grand to another healthcare provider for 2 months voicing my concerns. Finally frustrated and fearful, I made her an appointment with Dr. Casey a week after seeing her other provider. Dr. Casey examined my Grand, sat with us and actually paid attention to my concerns. Using her knowledge and critic thinking skills, she had outpatient tests scheduled that same day at the hospital. Due to those results, she scheduled another, more detailed test scheduled for the next morning. Within an hour of having that test done, Dr. Casey called me and had us meet her at her office. She had already consulted with specialists at LeBonheur Hospital in Memphis, which is where she sent us. Without Dr. Casey, I would hate to think about where my Grand would be now. I thank God for leading me to her.

Dr Casey is horrible and inconsiderate. If she can't adequately juggle patients in the hospital and at her practice she needs to take herself out of rotation. And as her staff so plainly has said she runs a practice first so she does not need to be seeing and in charge of any patients at the hospital.

Dr Casey is absolutely AMAZING. I’ve seen her myself and took my children. She is so knowledgeable and I admire the fact that she continues to research, learn, and adapt. I also greatly admire how she spends individual time with each patient. Yes it may take a bit longer for me to be seen, but it’s because she’s taking time to LISTEN to each patient and truly understand the whole picture and explain everything in depth. I love that! Too many doctors rush you out the door but she does not. She’s a gem!

Dr. Casey is An amazing doctor. Probably the best in Tennessee but the staff in charge of the appointments is lacking. I scheduled an appointment for today but an hour later the employee canceled it. I didn’t cancel it, I have no indication I wasn’t showing and they didn’t even bother to notify me. So after I drive all the way there all I’m told is they can’t see me. That’s bad business.

She is an amazing dr. Listens to your concerns and doesn't rush through the appointment. You leave feeling like you've been heard and cared for. She has helped me so much! Thank you!!
