Very friendly, personable, and caring staff. Meticulous about treatment, covering up non-cancerous scalp to keep hair. Wait time is about 10 to 15 minute usually, but often getting right in for treatment.

I am currently undergoing radiation treatment at this center. They are the friendliest people you will find. Every single one of them speaks to you and makes your visit a pleasant one. I have yet to have to wait for any treatment. I come in, they get me ready, and treat me. They treat you like a friend, not a patient. Took away any anxiety I might have had.

My experience here has just begun. The staff is friendly. The building is nice. Sky can be seen through roof. Father has leukemia. Is being treated here. His insurance doesn't cover every thing.He has to pay $40 every visit. He's on fixed income. Needs help.

This place is one of the slowest places I have ever seen in my life. They take 4 1/2 hours for your appointment no matter when it is, and explain NOTHING to you. I have never seen such treatment of patients with such a critical disease. Others are transferring to Jackson for better care and some are just so furious they dont know what to do. Customer Service here is nonexistent.
