If they realized who really cared about what they do and get rid of the ones who's just in it for the money, it would be a better hospital. The fact that their nurse or doctor hung up on me because I was inquiring information is beyond me!!! He needs to find a new job because caring and accessing patients needs isn't what he likes and I could tell!!

If I can give this hospital a zero and call some type of health code on them I would. I came into the hospital at 5:05pm I checked my 2 year old in with a temperature of 102 degrees rising and shaking…. I literally picked her up from daycare like that so I am in shock as well. I get her fully checked in and without hesitation they told me to go to the waiting room….. now with it being Covid outbreaks and whatever else I would think they would prioritize their patients better especially with school starting back for these kids. We sat in the waiting room for over a hour and no nothing. After watching people cough and sneeze everywhere , face masks not being mandatory, I would highly recommend NOT going here . Like at all if you can go out further then do so… they not rating this hospital a 1 star for no reason

I recently spent 8 days in this hospital. I was in rough shape, and had to have abdominal surgery. I can't say enough about the 2nd floor doctors, nurses, and support staff who cared for me. I've never met a more caring, and kind group of people. They were a blessing, during a very hard time. Thank you so much!

On another note from all the negativity y'all receive. I had surgery on the 15th of June 2021. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. The nurses were great. One went so far as to help me dresdress. She helped me put my compression hose on and shoes and tie them. Again they were all wonderful including Dr.Holman. Thank you so much.

I would say that any time I have been here they have been great. Not all nurses an doctors are the same. We Thank our nurses and doctors for what they so. Thanks again for the great service. I will say they take good care of my sister when she is in the hospital.

This is the worst hospital to go to or Work at. THIS HOSPITAL DOES NOT Treat their patients with care nor does they care about they CNA / Patient care tech my wife work here and deal with a lot of favoritism/ dissemination on a daily basis. And the time I went here I was told there was nothing wrong with me .and sent home when I had a knot on the side of my leg and still was sent home. Union city Baptist hospital probably the best hospital to go to. DON'T WASTE TIME COMING HERE
