Took time off work for a scheduled appointment that could only be scheduled during my work hours. Monday isn't an option nor is after 4. Showed up early but forgot the new client paperwork that was literally a name address and 3 signatures took not even 2 minutes that I had to reschedule take time off work again and couldn't even give me a note for my scheduled appointment. WHO DOES THAT!

Dr. Davenport is fantastic! He cares for me parents as well as my husband and me. The staff is always very friendly and they stay on top of our healthcare needs. I highly recommend this doctor!

Staff consistently charged me incorrect amounts for appointments and then did not know how to reimburse me for the incorrect charges. When I would ask medical or billing related questions, they would get angry and hostile with me. Dr. Davenport accused me of lying about a blood work order that he gave me. After that, I decided to find another doctor.
