Dr Richter was good, however, his office staff is rude. I think they mostly speak Spanish, and do not speak English very well. It is very difficult to talk to the staff at all over the phone. The staff is also very defensive.

Dr Richter is a wonderful doctor. He is very kind and patient and honestly is concerned for your health. The front desk lady isnt very nice and if your a walk in she will make it difficult for you. But it is worth dealing with her to get to have Dr Richter as your doctor.
