Dr.Lyles, one day I come in for a visit, I sat 6 hours waiting, his patients sitting next to me stated that he is always like this. He has bores peck for our time, I feel that he feels like he can be anyway he wants, because patients won't stop coming for their medicine. Oh and don't come in when he's in a bad mood or you are liable to get dismissed because this doctor has bipolar tendencies. I have also smelled liquor and have been told he does cocaine I between seeing patients. If you have medicine that could affect your wellbeing Dr. Lyles is not the dr for you. Their office is an unorganized mess.
I don't like angie riddle cause she is hateful and cuts every one off their meds cause of false positive meth results cause their medication they are on i would not go as long as she is there thanks
I've been seeing Dr.lyles for the past 4 years and I love him. His staff is always friendly and they always call me to check on me and make sure I'm at my appointment. I recommended him to any and everyone who needs a great doctor
I simply tried to make an appointment with Dr. Lyles...and I got the runaround. I have seen Dr. Lyles in the past, so I figured I would be able to make an appointment. Of the several times I called to try to make an appointment...the first time I was finally scheduled for an appointment after I gave a lot of personal information and had to wait for a call back to be told that the doctor had approved my appointment. I called a day before the appointment to double check the time and they had no record of me or my appointment at all. The second time, I was told the office was too busy to make appointments, and to call back. This last time...I was put on hold for 5 minutes..then told that they would need my pharmacy record and a release from my last GYN for Dr. Lyles to even consider me as a patient. Yikes.
Dr. Lyles was very intuitive and honest in his assessment of my health. He was knowledgeable and presented a multi-leveled approached to my care plan. I would recommend him without reservation.
Dr. Lyles was very knowledgable and had a friendly disposition. I was pleased with his services and would recommend others as well.
This Doctor is very unusual in his approach to patients. He listens,he teaches, he even provides patients twenty four hrs availability to get in touch with him. He even tolerates people who are rude, abrasive, and just plain stupid. I rate him as one of the best.
The PA at this office is incompetent , she only had my son's care for about 5 months and messed up his prescriptions 3 times. The meds are psychotropic and could have been a very dangerouse thing had I not caught it when I did. They also did not comply with TCA 63-2-101, that requires they provide patient files to requesting physician within 10 days of request.Very poor practice.
Dr. Lyles didn't follow proper order of procedures (according to hospital staff) to insert IV for fluids (didn't call pig line team and drilled a hole right below knee to insert IV while I was awake, which is usually not done while conscious and also not usually done unless a person is "crashing" according to hospital nurses), violated HIPPA by discussing my specifics loudly and laughing about it in the hallway in front of people who weren't treating me, gave a painkiller for vomiting instead of my requested nonnarcotic (which works every time to stop my vomiting), tried to give me a drug that I told him would conflict with my methodone (would've caused a heart attack I finally told him to just "give it to me and see what happens"-he ended up not giving it to me), came in my room and yelling at me while I was vomiting saying that my visitor brought me drugs, told me "maybe I should've just went to another ER". I think that's it, but I'm talking to a lawyer!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
