List of Dry Creek Medical Center's Reviews
I’ve been seeing Dr. Eric Carter for the last 6 months. My initial gripe from day one was how totally rude the front desk women were. Today took the prize when I came to pick up a piece of paper work with my personal information on it and no one at the desk seemed to know where it was. That is unacceptable, my personal info should not just “be on a nurses desk”. Dr. Carter addressed his grievance with me in the exam room claiming I had a “tone” with his front desk ladies. This alone was unprofessional, to corner me in an exam room. I will not be returning, and pray no one else does either. Awful experience from the beginning 6 months ago, what a waste of time.
AVOID AT ALL COST! The staff is really rude and act entitled. The lady at the front desk was too lazy to get up and get a blank paper. The nursing staff clearly have no idea what they are doing. They are the highest paid nose swabbers I've ever met. They can't answer any questions and don't know the difference between covid and an ear infection. The nurse was super rude because I came in to ask a question and demanded I stay in the car. This place needs an audit. Save your time and money and just go anywhere else.
I am not a patient there. However I have driven many to appointments. I have never waited more than an hour, maybe a few more. But pretty fast turn around.
I would give zero stars if I could. Not sure why it’s always a two hour wait. If u have a 2pm appt don’t expect to leave until 4:30 pm at the earliest. Bleh why so slow?
Great place if you like waiting 2 hours each time you go. Literally. EVERYTIME. It's insane. It's u have a 2pm appt u ain't leaving there till 4:30pm. Be prepared
Absolutely love this Doctor's office wish me and my children still went here. All the staff here are awesome.
I have been a patient at Dry Creek Medical Center for a few years now and I have found the staff to be friendly and kind. Everyone I have dealt with is very professional and understanding to my needs and if they can't meet a certain need, then they have no problem sending you to someone that can.
First of all, I have a strong fear of doctors offices so my review may be a little skewed by that. My original FNP, Jennifer Cannon, isn't there anymore. I ended up with Leah McLin after she left. I'm sure she's a nice person but I do NOT like her as a FNP. Instead of helping me target my specific problems I made appointments for, she tried to push me into getting exams and vaccinations done that I was not mentally and emotionally prepared for, nor was I expected to be asked. There was one point where I felt almost like I was being intimidated into agreeing. At the end of the day all she seemed to do was try to get me to do tests and take pills, without actually trying to solve the problem. I am now Dr. Harding's patient but I have yet to see her.
Dr. Harding in Erwin, TN is a compassionate Christian doctor. She is friendly and easy to talk to. She recently prescribed some medicine for me that got rid of a nagging skin rash. I will go to her again. I was even able to recommend her to a Hispanic friend since Dr. Harding spent time on the mission field and speaks Spanish fluently. Dr. Harding habla español.
I have been to many doctors before for many different medical reasons but l have never come across anyone as incompetent and inept as doctor Robin Harding. Why they allow her to continue to work there, even in the face of losing patients is beyond me. I do not know what she does on her time off, but I do know she is ill prepared to work when she is there. she has no recalling of the last visit and must use her tablet at all times and even then you have to remind her what pills need to be refilled and so forth. If you look at her experience on this page you will see that she is nothing more but a pill dispenser, and an uncaring one at that. I do not hate this woman personally but I must warn all of you what a worthless so called doctor she is. Totally Unbelievable. P.S. yes I no longer go there and actually it turned into a good thing as I have found a new very caring, real Doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
