Fast pace health is not only a urgent care office, My primary care physician is also a provider of care here. There always friendly, waiting area always clean as well as the restroom very clean. I've never waited over 15 min, for urgent or primary care. It's a great place to become a patient at. Local, and worth it. Give them a call and make an appointment or just walk in. I'm sure they can help you with anything, and see you promptly. 😉

I went the other day for an appointment and after waiting for a half hour, they announced that there's no provider and sent everyone away. What's the point of being open if no one can get treatment?

Excellent service and staff they got to me quickly and so nice and very understanding I've been very sick the doctor was very compassionate and listening and had another test done that see what is causing me to stay sick and my immune system isn't working I'm pleased and recommending your health care facilities to people that want to be cared for and heard. Staff are very nice, friendly and professional. No complaints about the facility or care itself with my only issue being I showed up at 0930 and I didn't get out of there until 1230.

If you are injured on the job this is not the place to go for workers comp. They saw me on my initial vist then denied me when i returned with worsening pain, told me i had to file on my insurance if i want to be seen told me it would be 2 1/2 hour wait. I had a back injury and could not wait that long. I was told by workers comp not to have anything put on my insurance they would cover it all. But this place says other wise. We will see. Receptionist told me she was getting different answers for everybody in the back work area. Their site says they have xray that is why i drive from Johnson city to their facility, only to be told they have xray equipment but they do not have an xray tech. So they really cant take an xray. Seemed like i was their first workers comp. Patient and nobody knew what to do. Needless to say i left still in pain and cintacted workers comp to ask why they even told me to go there the first time they got paid for doing nothing but tell me to keep doing what i am doing and to "return if i got worse". They failed to say and we will bill your insurance next time.
