There for a drug test for a job. It was fast and professional

I went for a drug screen to return back to work after medical leave. On entry and actual encounters at the office were all professional and efficient, however the sample never made it to the lab. Took sample on Jan 31. Was not aware that sample was missing until Feb 6 when I returned to work. I’m now sitting in the lobby, waiting for a retest NOT working!
