I had them send my prescription across the street to Walmart. When I got to Walmart, approximate 20 minutes later, they still didn’t have the prescription. I had to call and ask them to send it again which they did but then they neglected to send one prescription. when I saw that my anabiotic was amoxicillin I had to call them again because I can’t take amoxicillin. They knew I was waiting at Walmart for this to come through and they wanted to argue with me on the phone over my prescription. I told him that the pharmacy was going to close soon and they told me I still have 30 minutes. The receptionist was very rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her.

Poor customer service, mediocre medical care by barely trained RNs and crooked billing practices. Do yourself a favor and find another walk in there are plenty to choose from.

Was able to register on my phone and wait in my car which was helpful because I barely had the strength to walk in the clinic. Everyone was nice and caring.

It was a wonderful experience. Holly saw me today and it was the first time I had seen her. I felt so comfortable with her. I will certainly be back the next time I need to see a doctor. The whole experience was just great. I felt at home.

Professional and friendly staff from checking all the way to the PA providing care. Quick and easy to book an apt online. Staff was caring and answered all my Healthcare questions and really listened to what was going on.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and was able to pin point my diagnosis quickly, and with the medication prescribed, I was able to feel much better the next morning.
