Dr. Fleming is a very knowledgeable person in touch with the struggles of balancing work, home, and health. She always takes the time to listen to concerns and is careful with medication options. I always have my lab results in a timely manner. All blood work is drawn in office through Lab Corp. The office is responsive to my prescription refills by phone and patient portal. I was late for my appt and they quickly worked me in.

You never feel rushed during your appointment. She also has quick follow-up on test results. She is non-judgmental, and always listens carefully to the patient and family. I have recommended her to other friends, and they all give glowing comments about their care.

There is nothing good to say about my experience here, from appointments to billing. Christen seems arrogant and privileged, and does not account for the whole person. Seek elsewhere for healthcare, and always remember that doctors do not perfect medicine, they only practice it.

I recently moved to TN from Delaware and I was mourning the loss of my wonderful personal physician in Delaware. After meeting with Dr. Fleming, I truly feel I have found an excellent personal care physician here in TN. She was thorough and took time to answer all of my questions. I look forward to having a long connection with Dr. Fleming.

I really like Dr Fleming. She is very thourough and tries her best to diagnose your problem, then she treats it aggressively.

Having just moved to the area I researched many UT doctors. Christen Fleming is highly qualified and knowledgeable. I found her very caring and trustworthy. She never rushes you and answers any and all questions. Her staff on the other hand lacks something to be desired. Getting them to refill a prescription is a monthly struggle. I’ve been left waiting in a room 45 minutes after see the doctor. And their after hours service is a joke. If I didn’t think so much of Dr Fleming I’d go elsewhere.

Unfortunately, cannot recommend. Medical assistants are not even CNAs. There is no privacy when scheduling future appointments or making payments. Blood draws are outsourced to another company in the same building. Fleming does not seem to trust the patient, and will not disclose all information. If you want to be judged and forced to wait 4 months for diagnostics, then by all means, go here. Otherwise, don't waste your time - go elsewhere!
