They take good care of my mother and sister. Sometimes they need to be reminded to send in prescriptions, but that's almost every clinic with a heavy patient load. Doctor Gafford has GREAT bedside manner!

Patients DO have rights and we are allowed to have opinions as to the medical treatment we receive. I don't believe just because your a "doctor " you have the right to make the final decision on the best care for an individual. That right belongs to the patients alone. But I understand that you lack of compassion and willingness to hear something other than your on opinions makes you just disregard anyone thats "different " very sad thats what your patients deal with

Dr gafford will lose my business along with all my friends and families business..his staff person Mia is rude, hateful ,will not listen to patients. She acts like she is the doctor and inserts her uneducated opinion , very unprofessional!

Lost my business over a nurse named Mia. She is absolutely aweful. Snotty, stuck up, argues with patients, and absolutely doesn't listen because she's too busy walking out the door instead of doing her job. Dr. Gafford was good doctor, but won't call you back and listens to Mia instead of his patients. Doesn't care that she's losing him business. If his office calls you to collect on $5.00 bill before invoice comes out, sounds like he can't afford to lose more business over his nurse!!!

New to the area looking for a new doctor and only wanted one doctor in the past we had a family doctor and a gyn always were female doctors as well. Somehow didn’t realize I wasn’t getting a female do to tri care error. When calling to verify insurance exception I found the staff to be excellent. So we made an appointment then found the nurse to be excellent. While sitting there with only my paper gown on I heard a mans voice and thought oh no well he came in talk a bit felt very comfortable and was able to allow my first male doctor to examine me. I have a follow up in a few months I’m very happy and willing to go back and plan to continue using him for all my medic needs.
