Kalan was great! Apparently Fast Pace does PCM now which is great because I’m between and was trying to get into a new local one in Fayetteville from HSV. They refilled all my meds and took the time to review with the pharmacy. Even did my labs right there! I made an “appt” before going in so it would be quicker. (Granted critical cases are taken ahead.) But they got me out pretty quickly!

As with any medical care facility, running a little bit behind schedule but nothing too horrible. Provider was extremely knowledgeable and friendly... I have never went to an urgent care before yesterday, but definitely see advantages and expect to use their services again.

Registration was easy I did not have to wait very long. Most of the staff was very professional and they took their time to listen to everything you had to say about what was wrong with you. I highly recommend

I’m not sure who assisted my father in law when he brought my son, but I strongly disagree with how they were questioned. I have a few things I don’t agree with. My father in law has taken my son to many doctor’s offices while me and his father had to work, and has never been questioned about the family dynamic. There was no reason to ask if the parents were in the picture, if we were together or married, or if he lived in the same home as us. When he proceeded to tell her yes she began to question who all was in the house. I don’t believe it is any business of your facility what our family dynamic is. I also don’t understand why he was asked if my child was around secondhand smoke OUTSIDE the home, and if there were “two grandmothers in the house.” I’m certain my father in law wasn’t the first grandparent to bring their grandchild in and won’t be the last. Very unprofessional and an infringement on our privacy. I will encourage people to not go to this establishment.
