Mrs Carol is awesome 😃 if you can follow instructions, you will lose unwanted pounds! She discusses your food preferences and creates a plan specifically for you. My husband lost 10 lbs. and I lost 4 lbs on our first week with Mrs. Carol ! Give her a try- the only thing you’ve got to lose is weight.

Carol Tunstill is wonderful. Not only did I lose a significant amount of weight under her plan, she also taught me how to maintain a healthy weight for life. She's kind and thoughtful. She'll be your biggest advocate because she understands the struggle. Not only did she do this for me, but for my daughter and mother, as well. My mother is a diabetic and with Carol's help, she cut her insulin in half and then some! Lincoln County is so lucky to have her. xoxo

I started going to Carol to help me lose weight and help control my diabetes. I have lost 36 pounds with Carol so far. Also, I have decreased my insulin by half! I feel better and have more energy. I recommend Weight Control Center to anyone struggling with diabetes.

Weight Control Center is amazing. I recommend it to anyone struggling with weight. Over the past 15 years I have steady gained weight. I hated stepping onto the scales. I hated shopping and trying on clothes. Then I started going to WCC. Over the past 3 months I have steady lost weight thanks to Carol. I love buying new clothes and I am excited every week to weigh in and see what I accomplished. Carol is so encouraging, motivating and has taught me so much.

Weight Control center was my answer. Carol counsels one on one and determines the specific needs for each individual. I was, and still am "carb sensitive", Carol gave me instructional tools to adjust my lifestyle and I lost 60 pounds within my first year. I still rely on Carol's coaching today, ten years later. Weight Control center changed my life..

I cant not say enough wonderful things about The Weight Control Center..I have lost 53 pounds so far and feel so much better knowing I'm learning a lifestyle change not just a diet..Mrs Carol coached me on things i needed to do and she was as disappointed as i was if i didnt lose or even gained..I knew I needed to lose the weight but was too ashamed to ask for help.. Not once have I ever felt like she didnt want to help me...If you listen to this classy lady and her sidekick Mr Bill there is no way you will be disappointed.. I would recommend them to anyone!
