Dr. Lopez is knowledgeable, understanding, and kind. Listens and doesn’t judge. Great experience. Office staff is wonderful also.

I’ve only had Dr. Lopez for 2 years but she is a very kind and patient doctor. She takes her time and listens to your questions. That’s always important to me to be heard and not just another number. I’ve know Ingrid for many years and she’s fabulous. She always returns phone calls promptly and is very informative. I just met some new staff this visit like Nurse Bobbie and she was very nice. I like to feel my healthcare is priority and I’m glad to be with this group of lady professionals.

Dr Lopez always finds time to listen to concerns. She is aware of best practices and prescribes what is best for patient. I trust her with my healthcare.

I’ve been to Dr. Lopez twice now. Both times I have been pleased with the care that I received. I will continue to choose her as my general care physician.

The atmosphere in the office was welcoming. Dr Lopez ask questions regarding my health concerns. She listens intensely to my health concerns past and present. As a new patient, it was greatly appreciated. I look forward to working with Dr Lopez as we access and apply treatment options.

Dr. Lopez is very knowledgeable about all types of all my ailments. I trust her opinion. Her PA Ingrid, is also on top of hinge and very helpful. I’m relatively new to this office but feel at home with the care I receive! Thanks, Ladies! Let also mention the receptionists are very professional and kind. 💕

Alicia Lopez is a C list doctor in my experience. This is why. I came to her at first in search of a new primary to refill medications, never once were my medications called in the day that she said she called them in (Neither was blood work called in on time). I had to call back to her office every time I went to the pharmacy to pick up medications because it was never called in the day she said it was. I also came to her complaining of not being able to sleep and pain around my heart one appointment. Regarding my insomnia her response was “some people can’t sleep because they have an elderly person in there house they have to take care of, some people can’t sleep because they are pregnant or perhaps they have an autistic child up screaming in the night.” And that was it… we’ll I’m a non pregnant male without children or the elderly living with me so I can rule all of those out. Probably the most left field response possible. And regarding the pain around my heart which she should have taken very seriously, I was told she would call in a heart monitor and it would be delivered to house. I never received the monitor or a follow up call regarding my heart. Instead days after my visit I received a call from a psychiatrist asking me about receiving help for depression which is not a problem I have come to her and asked her to help me fix. Overall the theme I got from her is dismissive and huge waste of time and money. So before you waste you r valuable time, breathe and money to see this woman I hope you read this.
