Dr. Mulally who delivered my son who ended up with a birth injury, brachial plexus / erbs palsy. Countless specialists have explained to us how this is an OB caused injury. This is something to think about when considering an OB at this clinic since whoever is on call when you deliver will be the one to deliver your baby. Upon sharing my sons story I was contacted by someone in my same town an hour from Franklin about Dr. Mulally delivering her daughter who also ended up with a brachial plexus injury. This isn’t a coincidence. This isn’t just a one off when this occurs only 2 in 1,000 births. It seems more like a habit. Right after delivery she asked the nurse if a Brachial Plexus Injury was present as if she expected it to which the nurse answered no, then she just said “ha I’m surprised.” The nurse was wrong and we later found out right before discharge when the pediatrician looked our son over. He had a BPI that was present right after delivery yet somehow was missed by every nurse and medical professional that looked him over the first 24 hours. I have PTSD from this experience and also ended up with postpartum depression. Over a year later I am still trying to heal from the things we went through with our son

I LOVE her! She is so professional, nice, sweet, understanding and thorough! She delivered my baby girl even when she wasn't on call (I believe). I'm usually pretty nervous with new doctors and have had bad experiences in the past but she made me feel so comfortable! I hope she delivers all my future babies!

She’s the best Ob i’ve had. She’s the only doctor i really even want to go too. Highly recommend her, so sweet, nice and understands.

Do not go to this provider if you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask. I had an appointment and wore a plastic face shield that is actually more protective than the cloth masks that let the particles in and out they would not see me. The receptionist was very rude on top of that. I don't plan on going back and will tell everyone I know that they will not accommodate anyone with disabilities.

Do not go here. I saw Dr. Mullally. She did not listen nor did she care to address any issues I asked about. On top of that, she was just down right rude and condescending. The WORST experience I've ever had at an OB/GYN.

Been going to this place for years, however i have no plans to return for any future appointments after my last few visits. The staff has drastically decreased in there services. The usually wait time to get a hold of any one is minimum of 15-20min, only to be transferred. Dr. Mullaly is very quick with her patients and can make an awkward appointment seem a little more at ease but due to her quickness I often leave appointments confused and w/ lots of unanswered questions and little reassuranc
