I own a home care agency and have worked with Aveanna Hospice with several mutual patients. They are truly amazing, responsive and care for their patients. Your loved one deserves Aveanna!

They were very attentive, understanding, and supportive for the entire family.

Aveanna Home Health and Hospice are wonderful and were a great help last year caring for my father-in-law. We used both home health & hospice services, but started with home health. Tim was our weekly nurse and was wonderful to work with. He was fabulous with wound care. We also used Aveanna PT services. Cindy & Tera from PT were so encouraging & really went above & beyond. Eventually, we transitioned to their Hospice Team & I can’t say enough good things about hospice nurse Jessica. She was there for questions & support every step of the way. The Aveanna Nurses were some of the most caring I have ever worked with. I am also a RN & was very impressed with the care my father-in-law received. Top notch team IMO & very professional. They were a huge support to our family in the last year of his life & I can’t thank them enough. I was speaking with a family today who was just encountering health struggles for the first time. They asked me what company we used & I did not hesitate in telling them how much I loved the team at Aveanna.

Do the best thing for your family and hire someone other than Aveanna to care for your loved one. Watching the care… I should say LACK of care they gave my grandmother was sickening! My dad was under hospice care with another company years ago and had amazing care so seeing my grandmothers lack of care with Aveanna was repulsive. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! In the week my grandmother died she had only 1 nurse visit and when she did die the nurse on call I guess was asleep and it took over 30 minutes for a higher up to call us back to send someone out to proclaim time of death. Do yourself a favor and find another company.

Avenna are absolute angels and I don’t say the lightly. They consistently helped us advocate for our mother and made sure consistently that moms wishes and instructions were followed. They made it where mom and us as a family could enjoy our time with her during her last days. Being an advocate in TN is so important and thank goodness for Avenna. Thank you for all you and your team did for our mom.

These folks gave my dad the best care during his fight with Lewy body dementia. I am forever grateful for their kind, caring hearts! You all mean a lot to our family and we are so thankful for you.

My mom was at The Reserve in Spring Hill TN which is a wonderful assisted living. Aveanna Hospice was recommended to me when her health started to decline rapidly. Mom and I were so pleased with the wonderful people involved in her care. Each kept me so well informed, brought mom much comfort and literally walked me through every step of care they gave her. It wasn't too much. It was perfect. God bless these angels that are each so compassionate and experienced.

Cathy was on call the Saturday my grandfather passed. She was so attentive and so willing to answer all of our questions. Everyone at willowbrook helped us navigate the hardest time of our lives so well. We are thankful for them

The nurses and CNA were wonderful. I do feel however that the admin needs to think about the entire family in the end. I don't think they understand the difference between having a family member at home vs a facility and how the death impacts those left. Staff should be allowed to spend time with the family so all can have closure. I don't feel that nurses are able to do their jobs fully. Make sure you ask how hospice will be there for you afterwards, especially for the holidays......I have heard nothing from them and yet my friend who also lost her mother has heard from Guardian several times...do your research as hospice companies are very different in how they will be there after the loss....it is a journey that doesn't end when your loved one dies. You should have someone with you for the entire journey.....very sad that money seems to enter into it.....
