She is extremely talented in all things beauty, not to mention how compassionate and hyper focused she is on your needs and wants when you enter her care. This is by far the best place! I’ll never go anywhere else!! Pricing is unmatched and worth every penny. Technique is basically perfected and the results are 100% AMAZING and long lasting. I got the lip filler and the Y lift. Service was great. Dr. Goodman and Sylvia made me feel very comfortable. Happy with the results so far. I will definitely be using them from now on for my cosmetic needs.

I recently relocated to the area from out of state and one of the first things on my to-do list was to find an experienced injectionist that I can trust. I embrace a “natural” look, whether it’s for Botox, filler, or everything in between. I originally reached out to Bella Vi to inquire about PRF EZ gel (which they do offer) for under eye hollowing, and they were thankfully able to get me in for a consult that morning. After checking me out in-person, Dr Goodman suggested filler. I was, admittedly, skeptical. I’ve seen all the videos on TikTok of filler migrating, getting lumpy, etc. She then explained to me that she actually uses a Y Lift filler technique where the filler goes UNDER the muscle. This means it lasts longer and STAYS PUT: No lumps and no migrating. The best part? With the amount of filler I needed, it would be slightly LESS than the EZ gel I’d originally inquired about and would last even longer. So…I did it. I am SO glad I did. There was some swelling for the first week or two, but even with the swelling, I could see immediate results. I swear this filler made me look 5 years younger and gave me a lift that I didn’t think to ask for, but am SO happy to have. I am now planning a trip back for masseter Botox for my TMJ and will be trusting Dr Goodman for all future treatments. This place is incredible and they really do have your best interests (and face ❤️) at heart :)

I had filler, Botox, and CoolSculpting treatments at Bella Vi Spa and Aesthetics in Franklin, TN, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Goodman and the entire staff were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. The spa itself is absolutely stunning — it feels like something you’d find in Miami, New York, or Los Angeles. Now, four months post-treatment, I can see a significant difference and am thrilled with the results. Highly recommend!

I'm doing a series of ExoMind treatments to help with chronic insomnia. The treatments are easy, quick, and painless. I'm already experiencing improvements in my sleep after only a couple of sessions. My experience with Bella Vi Spa has been great so far.
