I can not say enough awesome things about Dr Johnston!!! He has done 3 of my kids’ tubes and also removed one of my kid’s tonsils…. He is an AMAZING doctor!!! Super nice guy, easy to talk to!! He never ever rushes you, and makes sure you understand everything before you leave!!!! I recommend him everytime I get the chance!!!!

A few years ago I went to this doctor complaining of symptoms of auditory processing disorder. I have had these symptoms my whole life. The staff were cold, indifferent, and treated me and everyone else like a number. After finishing my hearing test which was near perfect, this guy literally said there’s nothing wrong with my ears and “it’s all in your head. I can’t help you with that.” I left the appointment balling my eyes out, and had no idea what to do or where to turn. Years later my diagnosing PHD confirmed my suspicions that I have a notable problem processing sound, similar to APD and am in the process of a diagnosis. Shame on this doctor for making anyone feel like this!

Dr. Johnston is amazing! I would highly recommend him! He is very easy to talk to about your concerns, He explains things very well, he orders the tests that he needs to make sure what he is wanting to do is correct. I cannot say enough great things about him and his staff. He took my thyroid out and it was a great experience as far as a surgery can go! His staff is also amazing and communicates with you throughout the whole process. If I could give 100 stars I would!

I am a provider trying to contact the office and have been on hold for over 20 minutes. I choose the provider option and it was no faster than the 15 minutes I waited on the other line.

My husband and I were there on November for the 1st appointment and it was amazing. Dr. Johnston had already read the chart that our Doctor had sent prior and he was aware of Tim's condition. He was amazing and answered all of our questions and has a plan of action to help my husband. We highly recommend him.

Dr Johnston is an excellent surgeon. He listened to everything we had to say, educated me on next steps and had great follow through from start to finish. I would highly recommend him for head and neck surgery, sinus surgery and any other ENT issues that one may have.

He was nice he told me one thing gave me a paper and said read up on it and sent me for more test never got the results I had to call 14 days later and be on hold for an hour and then I get a messages oh it’s not that it’s something different didn’t explain anything just take this before bed and keep a diary and let me know in a month how you feel really no explanation nothing he gives me a meds that has bad side affects really I want to feel better not worse

Had an appointment with Dr. Johnston...... It's been 10 days and counting to find out results from testing.... Still waiting on a call back...will not recommend going to see him

He was terrific! He listened and worked with me. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. I did not spend a long time at the office, yet I felt like I had all the time I needed. I would definitely recommend him.
