Very rushed! Doesn’t answer questions. I had cataract surgery with complications. Called the emergency line which he answered. Did not, and could not answer my questions I was, and still am extremely anxious. I cannot see properly out of my eye. I am looking forward to my one week postop with a different doctor at the same office Extremely upsetting I had to google for answers to my questions at my one day postop. No one offered to tell me what the improvement and my eyesight was. I had to ask and they had to look it up. I mean none of this is acceptable.

Dr. Chang is one of the best Dr I've seen. I didn't have a horrible eye issue, but another doctor completely refused to work on my problem. I went to Dr. Chang and he gave me the impression that my problem was NOT abnormal and he took care of my vision problem! I am back to being able to read the huge road signs along the interstate!! Simple pleasures, I can see again!

Dr Chang is wonderful! The Franklin office is well staffed and very efficient . Dr Chang is patient, thorough and very kind. Fortunate to have Dr Chang in Franklin!

I have found Dr. Chang to be personable and efficient in his patient care. Dr. Chang has always taken time to answer my questions, and he has been available when I have had emergency issues with my eye working me into an already busy schedule at the Franklin office.

I think Dr. Chang is intelligent and knowledgeable. That said, I also think he is arrogant and pretty unpleasant and summary in his estimation of patients. As a professional, I was surprised at being treated as if I were some old lady who was wasting his time.
