Over a 5+ year period this Dr consistently failed to follow through on promised referrals, refused to renew prescriptions without unnecessary appointments and refused prescriptions that I would end up getting from immediate care physicians. I've moved on to a fantastic new dr who following a single apptment has referred me for long standing conditions, altered my prescriptions to address changes in conditions that Copeland ignored and scheduled a routine test to ascertain cardiac heart that Copeland never suggested. There great doctors in the area...this guy is NOT one of them

I do not know Mr. Miskel, but I was in Dr Copeland's waiting room the day he was there., I know this because I watched a grown man stomp around a doctor's office for 30 minutes announcing to everyone he could find that he was "64 years old and have never been treated this way." "Just because I can play pickle ball for two hours he doesnt think I need a handicap placard." He fussed to the front desk staff. for a very extended amount of time. I saw Dr Copeland about ten minutes after that and I have to say he is one of the most pleasant people I have ever interacted with. Maybe Mr. Miskel just didnt like the fact Dr Copeland was not going to give him a handicap placard, which it sounded like he did not need. Kudos to Dr Copeland for having the courage to say no to someone trying to scam their way into a handicap placard.

Bills incorrectly. Went in twice for Annual Physical and got billed under follow up causing me to pay out of pocket when I should not be.

Horrible. He’s great until you question anything, then he becomes defensive and almost aggressive. I had this happen twice and now I’m going elsewhere.

Nice guy until you ask questions or ask for alternatives. He literally left me in the exam room after I was explaining how I was unsure about something he said. I was then informed that I would be needing to get a new Doctor! Incredible! As a 65 year old man I have NEVER experienced anything like this from any Doctor before. He is rude, arrogant and full of himself. Stay away at all costs.
