Dr. Awh is an excellent retina specialist. He takes the time to answer all my questions at every visit. I've seen 4 retinal specialists from VA to TX to FL to Nashville. He is the most professional and caring of them all.

I am so happy that Dr. Awh was my doctor. I had an epi retinal membrane that he repaired. From the minute he walked in the exam room I knew he was the doctor for me. No need for a second opinion in my mind. He explained the procedure in great detail to me and my husband. My surgery was in 2017 and went great. I have had follow up visits and Dr. Awh has treated me the same way as he did when I first met him. Caring and compassionate. I worked for Ophthalmologists in Florida for years. I know a good doctor when I see one. Dr. Awh is the best !! Highly recommend

Dr. Awh is an excellent eye surgeon. In addition to his technical skills, he is excellent in building trust from his patients. He explains everything well and encourages his patients to ask any questions they may have. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing retinal surgery.

I have been under Dr. Awh's care for 20+ years. Absolutely the best eye specialist out there. I am a Type 1 diabetic. He saved my vision over 20 years ago and continues to monitor and advise me. He's so patient, caring, professional, and he seems more like a family member than my doctor. I am so glad our paths crossed years ago.
