Dr Mantle is great !! But I don’t like waiting on the phone for a very long time to reach his office

A Disaster from Start to Finish. I was operated on by this man to remove half a thyroid gland. Years later I see my xrays are completely riddled with staples; all my drs who see my xrays can't understand why. Mantle told me upon waking I had no cancer and wouldn't be taking meds. That is totally wrong. Slide biopsies and pathology must determine cancer. His office didn't get my records to my Endo Dr. for several weeks, and didn't send to my oncologist until I ordered them five months later to do so. Path came back POSITIVE for cancer and nobody sent my records to my oncologist where I was already being treated. I DO take meds now. So the first words he tells me are I have no cancer and won't have to take any meds, in the recovery room, which were wrong. He also sliced my entire neck across the entire front for no reason and left a big hole on the side because he was absent from our appointment to remove the drain. I had to wait extra 5 days for drain removal.AWFUL!

You will not find a brighter, kinder compassionate doctor! He went above and beyond what is expected to get me to surgery! Highly recommend!!

I am 76 years old and Dr. Mantle is the best doctor I have ever been to. He is compassionate and extremely competent. He listens and solves your problems!

Dr. Mantle is outstanding. Can't say enough good things about him. Saw him for chronic tonsillitis. He is a conservative doctor (least invasive approach first), which is exactly what I wanted. We went through a few medication treatment options before determining that I did, unfortunately, require tonsil surgery. However, I'm so grateful for Dr. Mantle as I felt that I definitely had done everything I could, as opposed to doctors who "operate first, ask questions later." Also, Dr. Mantle took notes throughout the entire visit - maybe more notes than I've ever seen a doctor take. I appreciated that. He also treated me for an abscess and I was very grateful for his skill in this. My eventually tonsillectomy was performed by his colleague, Dr. Sacks, who is another excellent doctor. Thank you Dr. Mantle, and Travis (his nurse) is amazing too, super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Mantle!

Have been a patient of Dr. Mantle for several years now. I've been very pleased throughout, excepting the last two times I've called for appointment, (late 2019 & early 2020), I've been given date two weeks out or longer... Obviously, if you're calling as sick patient, can't wait that long.

Dr. Christopher Mantle displayed wonderful medical mannerisms. He and his staff did a thorough analysis of my otosclerosis condition and then provided alternative solutions to the problem. I do appreciate the time he invested with me. I recommend him highly.

I have been Dr Mantle's patient for three years. Before that went to several other ENT's. He is the best of all I have seen. He has acute observational powers as well as a friendly and calming demeanor. Whenever I've seen him, his focus is 100 percent on me and my problem and I've never felt that he was rushing off to somewhere else. Just a great great physician. And - in the cases when I needed to come in and he was unable to see me, I have been easily and quickly accommodated by other doctors in his group, OAT all of whom have equally impressive credentials.

Average wait time stated 10- 15 minutes.. I was told to arrive at 1:50 and did not see the doctor until 3:15. I waited an hour an fifteen minutes for a routine procedure that took less than 10. There is really no excuse. My time is also valuable, I have responsibilities and a schedule as well.. Will not be back.
