Professional, courteous staff. I was x-rayed, tested and the results were explained to me. A treatment/care plan was devised. The injection into my knee was barely discernable. Thank you.

I don't feel like the problem was looked at or fixed. Doctor looney wasn't a bad doctor I just think they hire lazy help. It feels like they just put a bandaid on it and hoped for the best. Bad experience twice in a row. Hope they do better next or I'll go somewhere else.

My visit was excellent! The professional care of all the staff was much appreciated! Every person who shared a part in my time there was happy 😃. That was a huge factor in my enjoyment! Thanks to Dr. Looney for explaining clearly my medical report, suggestions for future, and for his genuine care & concern!

Don’t bother seeing him if you are an overweight, middle aged female. I begged for help with pain and difficulty on the stairs due to years of damage from patellofemoral arthritis. He barely spent 5 minutes with me, blew me off and told me I’m too young for a knee replacement. Did cortisone shots and didn’t even hear me out. Well a few months later I fell going down the stairs. Tore my quad tendon and muscles off the knee and needed a very painful, emergency surgery with a long painful recovery that I feel was completely avoidable if I would have been helped with my knee pain. In my experience, very few doctors care about middle aged, overweight females. We do not matter to anyone.

Everything that day was crazy due to the icy weather but the entire staff worked hard to get everything and everyone taken care in a professional manner. Meeting Dr looney was enjoyable as he explained the procedure and answered my questions I have confidence that he’s and his staff are the right choice for me. I’ll update my review after TKR next week.
