I have been receiving red light therapy for several months now, it is so pleasant! I have seen inches come off and I know something is happening. Every time I go in, I get comfy on the spa like bed, the tech turns on the red light and I relax under the warmth of it. I compare it to feeling like a little lizard sitting under the heat lamp and just relaxing. I usually fall asleep, I get gently woken up when it is time to change positions and I fall right back to sleep. I look forward to it every week. Leah and Stephanie are both great therapist and they are great about checking in with their clients every week. They even manage to schedule my husband and I at the same time when we are both available. Great people and a great service they offer. Try it and you may get addicted.

The staff is wonderful (especially Leah!) and the treatment is like time at a wonderful spa. I lost almost 3 1/2 inches on my first visit! I also got a wonderful Hydra Facial and my skin felt and looked amazing after! 10/10 will recommend!!

Great friendly staff. They take there time to explain everything and to all your questions. I have had 4 session and can tell that I have lost belly fat. Glad that I came for my first visit.

I have had a great experience with Contour. The staff is very friendly and informative. I have had 4 of 6 UltraSlim Light treatments for belly fat and can see results because my pants are too big now. If you are wanting to address an area on your body that has been suborn, I have found this to be a solution for me.

Love this place and the staff! Such an easy process to book services and receive treatments. I have my last belly buster treatment soon and can’t wait to see the results. My clothes already fit better, I’m looking forward to the before and after photo comparison. I’ll update my review after. 😁

I decided to come to Contours in Franklin, TN to take on the $99.00 red light special treatment session they have going on now. I am 71 I came to see about losing belly fat not that I am big just feel bloated. Wild I was talking to Keith owner he notice that I have back issues and work up a plan to do my back long with the belly buster special. I am very grateful that he did because after the treatment I was able to get out of the chair very easy were before I couldn’t. My back felt better where I was able to move around easier. They say I lost 2.875 inches total on the first visit which was good. I decided to continue to in vest in me so my second visit with the belly buster special Leah did the same thing as she did the first time although Keith added my knees for treatment. Two sessions in back and knees feel good. Looking forward to loosing a few more inches. They said one has to drink a lot of water along with eating healthy and exercising.

If you can imagine leaving reality and walking into heaven, that is what this place feels like. There is so much thought put into the comfort and peace of your experience through the purple tones, to the lighting, the music, the bathrobe and the squishy bliss that is the bed, to the warmth of the red-light itself. Not to mention that Leah is an absolute glowing delight to be the person who walks you through the process, is a success story and sorce of inspiration and was caring to the fact that I had a horrible migraine. Keith is a hoot and someone you can hang out with and talk to all day long! Oh yeah! You should also know I lost over 4 inches on my first session! I highly recommend this place to everyone and very much appreciate everyone who works there, including sweet Crystal :)

I went here and did 8-10 sessions, and they charged me about $3000. When it was all said and done, I had lost no weight, no inches, nothing. I emailed the owner and asked if there was something we could do about the money I spent, and he wouldn't respond to me. This place is a total scam, avoid!

Ladies, it’s time to get your skinny pants on I recently had the Contours, LLC “Belly Buster” treatment on my abdomen area which is my biggest problem area. I can’t seem to lose weight or inches off my tummy no matter how much I exercise. Ugh… I went in for a treatment, albeit I was skeptical. At this point, I was willing to try just about anything. I was surprised to learn that after just one treatment, I lost 2 inches off my mid-section with no pain or downtime. The best part was that when I went to put on my jeans, they were baggy around my waist, derriere, and thighs. I couldn’t believe it. A week later, I still look and feel slim. Best yet, I get to put on my skinny pants just in time for Spring. YaY! I highly recommend it. Isn’t time you put on your skinny pants?

When I saw the advertisement for red light therapy offered through Contours, I wanted to learn more about it and set up a consultation with Kim. She was able to answer all of my questions, and gave me time to decide if it was right for me. I decided to try it out and I am pleased with my results. My most stubborn area is my stomach, and it has helped to tighten and shrink that area. I am pleased with the help that it has given me to continue to work on getting to where I want to be. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Thank you.
