I can't say enough good things about VSC. Every single employee i encountered went above & beyond to make my procedure as easy & comfortable as possible. They listened & addressed my concerns with kindness & professionalism. You won't find a better surgery center near or far.

Great doctors and nurses. Very caring, knowledgeable, and personable. I love my doctors. Clean facility. East to get to. Parking can be very limited. FRONT DESK STAFF IS AWFUL. No greetings whatsoever, only demands. They need better training.

They called and changed my surgery time 4 times in the span of 3 days. They then proceeded to call me less than 24 hours prior to my surgery time to tell me that it’s now cancelled due to snow. The weather was heavily broadcasted for weeks, yet they decide they are closing the evening before. This is after I already took off of work and had my ride also take off of work. The lack of professionalism and preparedness is completely unacceptable.

I recently was a patient at Vanderbilt Surgery Center-Franklin, TN. The customer service was excellent from walking in to my exit. Staff were timely, courteous, communicative and extremely professional. I recommend this Surgery Center to all needing their services.

Everyone was just as nice and considerate as they could be. Making sure of my comfort and they all just put me at ease from the very minute I walked in. Everyone so courteous and kind. I can't tell you how much I appreciate everyone's professionalism and how quickly it all took place. Before I knew it I was home,and not a pain one! Thank you so much Vanderbilt Surgery Center and Doctor Weikert!

So far, not a good experience. I only gave 1 star because you have to, to leave a review. Had a surgery scheduled for today. It was scheduled weeks ago. Received a call from the Vanderbilt Eye Institute that they just found out I was not on the schedule. Surgery center error. They refused to do anything about it. I've read great reviews about this place, so this is beyond adisappointment. we'll see what happens going forward. Hoping I can upgrade the review. Update: I was contacted by the Clinical Director of the facility. She had done some investigating and it was discovered that the issue was with the person who did the doctor's scheduling, NOT the surgery center. I was impressed by how the situation was handled, and by how quickly I was contacted. Thank you to all involved! Surgery has been rescheduled .update #2 had my surgery yesterday. I give 5+ stars now. Very impressed with everyone there. Pre OP nurse Jenny was awesome. Anesthesiologist was ahot, post op nurse was great (don't recall her name, cuz, well, I just woke up). This morning I received a call from the recovery nurse to see how I am doing. wow. I had cancer surgery at my local hospital and one ever called. So impressed with Cool Springs!
