Absolutely an amazing team. My child came to me on a Thursday with his wisdom teeth hurting and within 24 hours of calling they had them out and him taken care of.

I am very impressed with Dr Coyne and her whole staff👏👏👏 I was in pain and needed to be seen right away and they worked me in their very busy schedule in just a couple of days🥰 They are very kind, cordial and I will definitely recommend Dr Coyne to anyone who needs an Oral Surgeon💝

The office is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Coyne is truly exceptional. Went in for pain I’ve had for months and they took immediate care of it. The staff is incredibly personable and Dr. Coyne’s assistant, Marlena is THE best girl for the job. They are wonderful, I can’t say enough kind things about this place and the people in it.

I now see why the family dentist I've seen doesn't make referrals to Coyne for oral surgery. She pulled 11 of my teeth and drilled a couple implants in. I dismissed her rude, condescending comments and her first two surgeries went OK. The last tooth she pulled however, never healed properly and has continued to hurt. I tried to dismiss it until several months after the extraction, the site is now a large, painful lump of bone or something? Can't wear the partial with it and it hurts. She wanted to charge me a $125 office fee for her to even just look at it. I told Marlena on the phone that I didn't think I should have to pay for her to just look at it - obviously I'd pay for any further procedure. I go in today and the rude receptionist Melissa told me I had to pay as they were going to have to "numb me up". I said I just wanted her to look at it and go from there. She went in the back, talked to Coyne, came back out and said "this isn't two for one" while chuckling. Coyne has no interest in taking responsibility for her faulty work - she is too pompous. She seems more interested in playing interior decorator than looking at her failed work. I gave her 12K for her services and she decided to nickel and dime me and be an ethically bankrupt medical provider. Just better hope she doesn't mess up - because she doesn't care. Go elsewhere. *Just had another oral surgeon fix Coyne's work. There was a large pocket of infection that caused the bone to grow outward, creating a large, painful bubble of bone in my jaw. I had to have an alveleoplasty - cutting the gums to then clean and cut down the infected bone. When I went to Coyne's office and they refused to look at it, I'd had the CT scan of the issue sent to them so they could see it. The very rude receptionist Melissa told me "It's just a bone spur, not a big deal and common"... Not sure why the receptionist is making a diagnosis without Coyne physically looking at the injury... It was not a bone spur - it was infected bone. Still blows my mind she wouldn't even look at it. Maybe a blessing in disguise they turned me away so that I could find a competent and compassionate surgeon. All you had to do was not treat me like an animal and look at it.

Doctor Coyne, Marlena, and Melissa were great. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and they were super professional, got me in right away and took all the stress out of having them removed. I would recommend them anyday

They were very nice! Marlena made me feel very comfortable. And whoever usually answers the phone/checked me in was also very nice and helpful, think her name was Melissa maybe. Dr. Coyne was awesome and made the wisdom tooth extraction process quick and easy. wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I don't have insurance and it was less expensive than I anticipated. The healing process has also been much less intense than I anticipated. All in all it was very quick, easy, and affordable and the staff is super caring and friendly. I will definitely go back.

This is my third visit to Coyne Oral Surgery, and I can confidently say that I'm just as impressed now as I was years ago. Most recently, I brought my daughter in for her wisdom teeth removal, and I would recommend them without hesitation. Marlena and Melissa are incredibly compassionate and helpful, and Dr. Coyne is exceptional. She took the time to come out and explain the entire process beforehand, and even walked my daughter to the car afterward, going above and beyond to ensure we felt at ease. When I needed additional guidance after bringing my daughter home, their team responded quickly and provided everything she needed.
