Dr. Douglas took time to understand my full, complex, history. The notes I can see in my chart surprised me - most doctors skim or skip elements of my history but his were very detailed. We don’t have a diagnosis yet but he is exploring several possibilities and made me feel that he actually wants to help me figure it out, which can be difficult to find when most doctors churn through patients so quickly. Grateful for his candor, willingness to listen and expertise.

My husband suffers greatly with his joints swelling and they could have cared less. They did blood work and after repeated calls asking for results all we got was the run around telling us the results haven’t came in yet. Never heard anything on the results and the only time we heard from them was to demand more money. Horrible doctor and staff.

Great Doctor in every aspect! Kind,caring,compassionate, genuinely wants to help patients feel better. Very easy to talk to and very thorough with testing.

I got a run around from this clinic from day 1! Appointments being rescheduled for no reason , disregarding my red flagged RA factor , and not picking up on a telemedicine appt. The office called me to inform me that I could not keep an appointment after a 14 day quarantine period ( Covid related). I have had the run around from this group ... long enough !!! Moving on to a qualified doctor that truly cares about his or her patients !

Dr. Glenn Douglas has an excellent compassion for his patients, and ALL of the workers in his office are very kind and treat patients with respect. He has the greatest nurse too!!

Dr Douglas is a very smart doc who is polite an listens very well. He does not rush his patients. He is also willing to let fibro patients try new meds. He has empathy for his patients. He cares.
