Considering the unfortunate reason for needing to visit Dr Poole, I am soooo pleased with my visit. One of my children has had chronic issues with his feet and I heard many recommendations to make an appointment with Dr Poole. From the moment we walked in to his office suite, we were greeted warmly. His staff was kind and gracious. Dr Poole was patient to explain options and answer all the questions we had regarding the procedure. He also was very long suffering when the questions/comments bordered ridiculous. Thank you, Dr Poole and your amazing team!!

Dr. Poole was amazing in fixing my nonunion metatarsal bone from a bunionectomy I had with another doctor in 2023. I appreciate that he listened to me and helped me fix my broken bone. His staff is always professional and friendly, from the receptionist to the nursing staff. In particular, I really appreciate Missy who was often the “middle person” that retrieved any answers I needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!

Efficient and courteous care. Beautiful office. Dr. Poole diagnosed my problem before I had even finished my paperwork! He explained the problem thoroughly. He gave me a plan, some pads for my foot, and a next step plan if needed. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

The Office Staff was, Professional, Thoughtfull, & Knowlegable. Angela ,P.A was very nice and thourough with my Appt. Although, they were unable to Assist in my paticular type of Surgery needed, they have all the qualifications I would look for in a practice of this type.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Poole and his amazing staff. From Amanda and Hailey at the front desk to Missy in the back, they are all so kind, caring and extremely helpful. Every time I come in I am treated like family or a true friend and not just another patient. As for Dr. Poole his expertise in his field is unsurpassed. He has been helping me with my severe plantar fascia issues in both feet for the last couple of years and and has been right on with every decision and course of treatment to help me. I will eventually also have to have my bunions surgically corrected, but there’s no one else I would trust but him when that time comes. Between his kind bedside manner and willingness to go above and beyond whatever it takes to help his patients (even if that means helping someone work out a payment arrangement) he is the best and I recommend to everyone I know!

My older sister called around all morning for me to have an emergency ingrown nail removal and Dr.Poole’s office answered right away and gave us an immediate appointment! I want to thank everyone here for an amazing service and for being so careful with me and my fear of injections. Definitely recommend their office 100%!
