I saw Taylor Proctor this week and had a great experience! She was professional, personable, knowledgeable and most of all, she made me feel so comfortable when I had to have something removed.

Upon calling the office I was immediately scheduled for a concerning spot on my face. Sure enough it was pre cancerous but they also found another spot which needed a biopsy and turned out to be something needing removal. They worked fast and professionally. I always felt important to them not just a number and it's so important when you're dealing with such vitally important issues. Love them!!!

Service was fine but billing was awful. Got a bill a couple of months ago saying I owed $136. Got another bill a couple of weeks later saying I had a $50 credit balance. Got another bill saying I owed $156 dollars. Decided to wait a while to pay since I might get another bill for a different amount. Shortly thereafter got a notice that my account was out to a collection agency. Having been in the credit industry for 50+ years I found this process unacceptable. I have paid the bill today trusting that I won't receive yet another billing. I will not be going back to Franklin Dermatology for any reason in the future. Richard Morris 615-482-0134

Franklin Dermatology is top notch! After going to two other dermatogists, I went to Franklin Dermatology. Taylor Proctor did an intensive scan and noticed pre-cancer on my forearms. Neither of the other two practices found this. She prescribed a chemo cream for 2 weeks. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for such great care!!

Taylor Proctor knows her stuff!! She is so knowledgeable about the skin and helped me clear my rash on my face in days! I highly recommend seeing her for all your skin dermatology needs!

Such a wonderful experience today with Dr. Bergman and staff. I felt very informed and comfortable with my exam. Dr. Bergman even returned to address one other issue I had before I left. Super happy to have found a wonderful skin doctor that I will actually look forward to going back. Originally, I had a distant appointment but get in way earlier after being added to the cancellation list.

Yesterday I took my 83 year old mom to Franklin Dermatology to have a squamous cell growth taken off her leg. Our experience was really seamless and Dr. Stebbins and his team did a great job. We will go back in two weeks to have the stitches taken out but if you need help with something like this, I would definitely recommend them. Dr. Stebbins is very impressive and he was great with my mom.

Saw Dr Bergman a few months ago and finally getting around to a review. I will truly never trust another doctor with my skin after this- Dr Bergman was helpful, patient, and super knowledgeable. Plus my face is barely mobile now but in a perfect way!
