Although the place was a little hard to find, it is a hidden gem of a doctor's office attached to the hospital. I was a little anxious about seeing a new doctor. Dr. Campbell was very welcoming and professional. She was interested in what had been happening in the past and my present symptoms leading to a thorough examination. She talked to me about possibilities and asked many questions to rule out or confirm. I did not feel rushed nor did I have to wait to be seen long. A procedure was done the next day, Tiffany her assistant was friendly and reassured me several times. Dr. Campbell calmed me when I thought I couldn't do the second part. She was very clear about what was happening and why it was necessary. Medicine was prescribed to alleviate one symptom and I feel so much better. I am having further testing but I feel confident with her, there will be a resolution to my issue.

I really liked Dr Campbell but her office is absolutely horrible. You can’t get them on the phone and they ask you to leave a message or text. Forget about getting that front office to text you back. Dr Campbell is letting these unprofessional antics from her workers ruin her business. I will never go back.

Dr. Campbell is professional and attentive. She took the time needed to do a thorough assessment. She listens to my concerns and symptoms. I thank God for the care she provides me. I am optimistic because I am getting better. I can only be positive about Dr. Campbell because of her excellent skills and personality.

At first I thought I finally found a neurologist who listen to me. But after spending 30 minutes with her. She diagnosed me with anxiety and said that all my symptoms were caused by that. However she ran no test she had none of my medical history she didn’t know I had auto immune diseases and she I didn’t listen to one thing I said in regards to how my symptoms started what the triggers were and how bad things are.. Find a different doctor she will trick you into thinking she cares and then prescribe unnecessary medical test and unnecessary Very expensive medication without knowing any of your history what you can and cannot take. Ridiculous

The PA was wonderful _ front desk staff went above and beyond. I have a hard time writing so they filled out my co-pay check for me. Amazing and wonderful.

Dr. Campbell and her staff are great. I can contact them via text and they get right back to me. They refill my prescriptions quickly and always give me an appointment when I need one (sometimes the next day). They are very friendly, professional, and courteous.

Dr. Campbell and her staff are always very kind and professional. I moved from Baltimore Maryland to Tennessee over a year ago and was concerned with the type of medical care I would receive here since I have a rare and complex neurological condition. It was to my surprise that Dr. Campbell is not only knowledgeable about my condition but she is also familiar and has been able to provide me with exceptional care which has helped me to keep my condition stable and I have been able to remain out of the hospital. Dr. Campbell takes the time to really listen to any concerns and spends time with her patients and is very thorough and she makes sure she addresses all issues and you are comfortable with her treatment and has answered all questions before you leave the appointment. I am also please with the communication with her office and how fast and easy it is to communicate with them either by text or phone. Overall my experience with Dr. Campbell has been great and I would definitely recommend her and her office to my family and friends.

she is my 5th neurologist and the only one that showed compassion about finding out what was wrong with me. Been seeing her for over 12 years and don't plan on ever giving her up.
