Always friendly and helpful.
This has been my doctor for years and I love them but today the young lady at the front desk was LOUD AND RUDE. She may have had a bad morning but customer service is needed everywhere. Dr Gandhi is great and her staff but the front desk was unprofessional today. Not only did she say things loud with me, “what’s your last name, We need the correct one”, I am recently married and said my maiden name by mistake And another gentleman had an amount that was needed to be paid and everyone in the waiting room knows that now. As far as the older gentleman that has Medicare, we don’t need to know what he needs to pay!!… The guy that was sitting back there with her was super nice but his niceness can’t over shadow her mean rude self.Someone teach her manners or send her to a “customer service” class.Covid is stressful on everyone, not just her so this isn’t an excuse for anyone to use.
Very dated office. From checking in, below average exam (15minutes)to checking out it wasn’t what one would expect from a med facility. A radio sitting in the waiting room playing country music didn’t seem very professional….
I saw Dr. Seymour for my annual exam as a first time patient. The exam including a few health questions lasted less than 2 mins. While Dr. Seymour was washing her hands after my quick exam I asked about lab work. Dr. Seymour said for my age these are the items to screen for and I could do lab work if I choose. At that point I knew I needed to find another primary care doctor.
I had a very good experience with Dr Kate Seymour at Heritage Medical Grassland. She took her time getting to know me and my concerns, while helping me form a game plan to deal with some of the more annoying issues of aging. The surroundings and staff of the clinic were clean, warm, friendly, and upbeat. My first impression is extremely favorable.
The people here are really really nice and I do like coming here. But they never answer the phone - you have to leave a voicemail for appointments, questions for nurses/dr's/ anything. Just kind of tough when I have to call during my work hours and not know when they are going to call me back (missed them calling me back during meetings and such). Even if you just need the most basic information.
The best primary care EVER. The front desk lady, Kim, is the sweetest and remembers everyone and every nurse is the same way! Great staff that really cares. Every physician is kind and truly cares about you and your health.
Although I do not see a doctor here, myself, I have chauffeured a VIP to multiple visits at the location.I've truly been amazed at how punctual they are with patients, with regards to appointment time/ being called back to see the doctor. A couple of times we've arrived between 5 & 15 mins ahead of the scheduled appointment time and after signing in they were still promptly taken back to see the doctor. The receptionists at the front desk are very friendly, and seem to know all returning patients by name immediately. I spend the entire visit in the front waiting area, it's always comfortable - plenty of seating & fresh & clean. The person I bring, who sees their (longtime) regular physician here, always has good things to say about their visit with the doctor- So, overall, my impression is that the facility is a properly maintained business of "high standards."

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
