I found this service through a friend of my daughter. My family and I were trying to find the best care for our dad who was scheduled to start cancer treatments in Nashville. When I first called Home Care Assistance Jennifer began helping us with information as well as support at that initial call. She stayed in touch with me and my dad throughout the surgeries, and she genuinely cared about our situation. I have been extremely encouraged to know there are people like Jennifer who truly care. Dad ended up making the decision to get his treatments closer to home which is 100 miles away from Nashville, but there was no doubt about using Home Care Assistance.Another deciding factor for Home Care Assistance is the fact that Jennifer prayed for my family during this time. So, I feel like I know Jennifer even though we've never met face to face.

They have figured out the best way to meet the needs of the clients is to make sure the needs of their caregivers are met as well.
