If you use these folks you have to stay on top of theM. They can’t keep much straight. They got my doctor’s orders and sat on them till my appointment time. Then they get the dose and time frame mixed up and after setting on the orders for 2 weeks they need 15 days to get an insurance authorization. Oh they had the orders over 2 weeks and didn’t read them. They are nice but be very careful. Now I’m wondering if I’ll get the correct meds.Update 9282021. Nothing changed. Now they can’t even get my meds and claim to have talked to me but never did actually talk to me. Oh and I called mid September so I had time to make changes with my doctor. Someone at home office said they had plenty of my med. Not to worry. Well guess what?? At time of appointment no med. Now I’ll be late thanks to this inept facility. You have options here so do not use them. Very difficult to deal with and totally incompetent. If I could post with no stars I would.
