Dr. Cleveland seemed to botherd even though I was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. I felt that Jenifer the nurse practitioner at Vanderbilt Urgent Care in Nolensville, the fire fighters and the EMT’S one named Jameson were more upset and very concerned. They even told me how serious I was. Jameson stayed till he knew someone was following through with my care. I feel if it wasn’t for them I don’t know what would have happened. Dr Cleveland saw me 2 times a total of 2 minutes. I was given medication and released. The ER nurse was upset I was sent home and the nurse practitioner was very surprised Dr.Cleveland released me. I was back in the ER and in ICU. Dr. Cleveland came off very vein. I feel he did not care. I had a customer that died in the doorway at Williamson County ER with a heart attack. If doctors act like what I went through I get it.

Visited the emergency room for Asthma last night and had excellent care from Dr Cleveland. His analysis, solutions and treatments were prompt and his explanations were clear and he was helpful and courteous in answering my questions. He was polite, attentive and was engaged....great bedside manner. All this I appreciate during this Covid pandemic, when emergency staff are being overwhelmed with the needs of patients. Thank you.

Dr. Cleveland has a bad attitude, is dismissive especially if he is questioned. He has God complex. Clearly likes to play with his own set of rules.

Dr. James E. Cleveland saw my son who had a serious skateboard crash. Dr. Cleveland said the broken wrist would most likely need surgery. A few days later we went to an orthopedic surgeon and were told that when Dr. Cleveland reset the wrist he did such a good job that my son does not need surgery! We are so very grateful for Dr. Cleveland's excellent ER treatment for our son.
