Horrible so far. Called Tuesday to ask the doctor questions. No answer yet on a hand that is swelling more every day. I called back myself Wednesday just to be told email them. Got a missed phone call today, Thursday, no vm. Even called my cell phone provider to make sure my vm didn’t have any issues. I signed their patient paperwork stating it is ok to leave voicemails. No reply via the email I was asked to send restating my questions. Met with the doctor to pay $60 to be told you can’t see wood on an X-ray, things I already knew before coming to them. But they did X-rays anyways. Now I have to wait over a month for any kind of follow up appointment and maybe to actually have questions answered about the wood stuck in my hand. The 5.0 they have on google ratings is highly monitored and in no way true of service they provide. Nice building is the only thing good about this place.

The care from the nurses and the doctor was exceptional. I would highly recommend anybody with any type of bone or joint problem to go there.

I was glad to see Dr Fietchl again at Bone and Joint clinic in Franklin.He help me last summer to heal my elbow with the prp injection .This time I came to see him to help me with my knees.He takes time with his patients and gives you honest and professional opinion about your problem.I recommend dr Fietchl and his staff highly.
